
Bookingssystem – SuperOffice
We have developed a solution for companies that need to simplify their booking process for deliveries in their SuperOffice CRM. The solution creates functions and interfaces so that resources and personnel can be easily booked via, for example, the website. In the solution, the administrator sets up rules for how times and bookings should be handled. The customer can then easily find available times, bookings are generated and created in the employee’s calendar and the customer also receives a booking. The administrator then has access to booking schedules and can quickly and easily analyze the booking status. Add functions to automatically send reminders via SMS to manage the bookings in SuperOffice. Of course, the user has the booking and related information directly on their phone where they can easily update the booking and possibly get a signature on site as a receipt from the customer.
