i-Centrum AB is a Sweden based company. i-Centrum delivers software and services to private and public businesses in Europe. i-Centrum´s head office is located in Göteborg and is subject to European privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) are supervising all privacy decisions made at i-Centrum. Our privacy statement is available on all i-Centrum sites.

  11. Personal Data – Whose data does i-Centrum process?

At i-Centrum, we process personal data about job seekers and contact persons  that are direct customers or indirect customers through our partners. In addition we process personal data about persons representing potential Customers (leads and prospects) that approach us via our webpages or any other communication channel.

We also process data on behalf of our Customers of which the Customer controls. Our statement in these regards is to be found in the data processor section.

In this Privacy Statement data subjects may also be referred to as persons or you.

  1. When does the Privacy Statement apply, and how do we use it?

This Privacy Statement applies to all business processes within i-centrum ab and to all i-Centrum websites, domains, mobile solutions, cloud services and communities as well as i-centrum branded websites. Service specific appendices will be found in the Terms of Service, data processing agreements or equivalent information for the specific service in question.

The Privacy Statement provides information about data processing carried out by i-Centrum when i-Centrum determines the purpose and means of the processing (i-Centrum act as data controller). It also provides information on data processing i-Centrum do on behalf of our Customers (i-Centrum as Data processor and Customer as data controller).

Example of personal data is, an email address, street address or phone number etc. Processing your personal data is necessary for us to serve our Customers. Please do not use i-Centrum sites or our services if you do not agree with how we process personal data according to this Privacy Statement.

Customer contacts and software users

To manage our Customer relations in general and to meet our Customer commitments, i-Centrum needs information about you in your role as Customer contact person or user of a service we provide. The purposes of processing this personal data are:

  • Improve and develop the overall user experience of our products, services and i-Centrum sites
  • Provide you content and further details on a webinar or event you signed up for.
  • Inform about products and services that you have purchased from us.
  • Perform direct sales activities in cases where legitimate and mutual interest is established.
  • Reply to a ‘web form” you have completed on one of our i-Centrum websites.
  • Perform Services according with agreements made with you or Customers
  • Rerspond to all incoming requests (customer support, emails, chats, or phone calls).
  • Process orders, invoicing, payments and other financial follow-up. The contract may be with i-Centrum directly or with a i-Centrum partner.

Collecting personal data as leads

i-Centrum collects and process personal data about Leads for marketing purposes. The legal grounds for such processing is mainly your consent that always will be stored and documented in our systems.

Collecting personal data as customers, partners and suppliers

i-Centrum collects and process personal data about customers to fulfill our obligations related agreements and contracts with our customers, partners and suppliers. the legal grounds for such processing is contract.

Collecting personal data as jobseekers

i-Centrum collect and process personal data in order to evaluate you as a potential i-Centrum employee. The legal grounds for such processing is your consent.

i-Centrum collects personal data directly from you or other persons linked to our Customer. If the company you work for purchases i-Centrum products or services directly from us, or via an i-Centrum partner company, we may collect information about you from the partner company.

We will also use cookies and other tracking technologies when you use i-Centrum sites and interact with us on any chanel in order to optimise your experience of i-Centrum and our sites.

We will use this data to connect with you if we need any thing from you or if we have a newsletter or to tell you about other products or services we might have and see fit you and your business in one way or another.

The LinkedIn Insight Tag is a piece of lightweight JavaScript code that you can add to your website to enable in-depth campaign reporting and unlock valuable insights about your website visitors. As a LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customer, you can use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to track conversions, retarget website visitors, and unlock additional insights about members interacting with your ads.

The LinkedIn Insight Tag collects metadata such as IP address information, timestamp, and events (e.g. page views). All data is encrypted. The LinkedIn browser cookie is stored in your browser until a you delete the cookie or the cookie expires (there’s a rolling six-month expiration from the last time the your browser loaded the Insight Tag). You have full control to block or delete cookies.
